CAPABILITIES
Medeli has a team of over 80 engineers in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Zhuhai, boasting expertise in both hardware and software design. Our expertise encompasses five major area: IC design, DSP Algorithms, Sound Generation, Drum Pad Design and Keybed Design.

PROPRIETARY INTERGRATED CIRCUIT
Our proprietary multi-core digital audio processors provide a high performance and high efficiency platform for digital music instruments. The processors range from delivering 32 to 256 polyphony to cater to different segments of markets. We have custom designed special purpose instruction set (AMP, LOOP, FIR) to more efficiently meet our products’ specific needs.
SOPHISTICATED SYNTH ENGINE
Our state-of-the-art synth engines range from FM, PCM, to subtractive synthesis for creating a wide range of music instruments’ timbre. We have adjustable hardware-level multiple filters for each voice. We also have anti-aliasing filters, plus other algorithm units to greatly enhance the sonic quality of voices. PureDrum and piano physical modeling recreate the realistic nuances of drums and pianos delivering truly natural and authentic sound.
ADVANCED DIGITAL EFFECTS ALGORITHM
As part of our relentless efforts in creating incredible sonic richness, our technical experts and musicians have developed many high-quality digital effects from reverb to vocoder. We have also applied AI machine learning to recreate stunning effects that are found on classic analog devices.
SOUND BANK PRODUCTION
We have a comprehensive selection of authentic voices, most recreated from multiple mic sampling sessions and synthesizing samples. The samples are meticulously tuned based on various velocities, expressions and performance techniques to deliver stunning sound experiences.
KEYBED TECHNOLOGY
Crafting superior keybed is the cornerstone of bringing real and expressive playing experience. Our attention to detail in designing lever arm, hammer and finish make our keybed durable while delivering superb touch response. Our top of the line keybed Polytouch allows not only the standard velocity and aftertouch found on other keybed but also fully polyphonic aftertouch.
